Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the refund terms for subscriptions purchased on ATS Based Resume, operated by Garima Shrivastwa. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once you complete a subscription payment, refunds are generally NOT provided, except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

•No refunds after subscription is activated

•You have reviewed plan features and pricing before purchase

•Payment is non-refundable unless you qualify under exceptions

•Free trial periods allow you to test features before committing

When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds will ONLY be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate Charges

If your payment is processed twice for the same subscription due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge.

•Report duplicate charge within 7 days of transaction

•Provide transaction IDs or payment receipts for both charges

•Refund processed within 7-10 business days after verification

Technical Error or Service Failure

If a payment processing error occurs and you are charged but do not receive access to your subscription.

•Contact us within 48 hours of the charge

•Provide screenshots showing payment confirmation but no subscription access

•Allow up to 5 business days for investigation

•Refund issued only if error is verified on our side

Unauthorized Transaction

If your payment method was used without your authorization, contact us immediately and your bank/card issuer.

•Report unauthorized charge within 24 hours

•File a dispute with your bank/card issuer (chargeback process)

•Provide police complaint (if required by your bank)

•We will cooperate with your bank's investigation

No Refunds for Mid-Cycle Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle:

•No pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion

•Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period

•You retain access to all paid features until expiry

•Auto-renewal will be disabled to prevent future charges

Example: If you subscribe on January 1st and cancel on January 15th, you will NOT receive a refund for the remaining 15 days. However, you can continue using Pro/Enterprise features until January 31st.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

•Change of mind after purchase

•Dissatisfaction with features

•Unused subscription or forgot to cancel

•Job search outcomes not met

•ATS compatibility issues with specific companies

•Technical issues on your end (browser, internet, device)

•Account suspension for violating Terms

•Downgrading from Enterprise to Pro

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, follow these steps:

Email us at: atsbasedresume@gmail.com

Subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Email]"

Include: Your registered email, transaction ID(s), date, amount, reason, and supporting documents

Wait for our response: We will review your request within 3-5 business days

Refund Processing Timeline

If your refund request is approved:

•Processing time: 7-10 business days after approval

•Refund method: Original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking)

•Bank processing: Additional 5-7 business days for refund to reflect in your account

•Confirmation: Email confirmation once refund is processed

Note: We process refunds through Razorpay. Any delays in crediting your account are beyond our control and depend on your bank's processing time.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:

Go to Dashboard → Subscription

Click "Cancel Subscription"

Confirm cancellation

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and auto-renewal will be disabled. No refund will be issued for the remaining days in the current cycle.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first:

•Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation

•We will provide transaction records to your bank

•If chargeback is found unjustified, your account may be permanently banned

•You may be liable for any fees incurred due to the chargeback

⚠️ Please contact us BEFORE initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue amicably.
