Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs the refund terms for subscriptions purchased on ATS Based Resume, operated by Garima Shrivastwa. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
General Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once you complete a subscription payment, refunds are generally NOT provided, except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
When Refunds May Be Issued
Refunds will ONLY be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate Charges
If your payment is processed twice for the same subscription due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Technical Error or Service Failure
If a payment processing error occurs and you are charged but do not receive access to your subscription.
Unauthorized Transaction
If your payment method was used without your authorization, contact us immediately and your bank/card issuer.
No Refunds for Mid-Cycle Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle:
Example: If you subscribe on January 1st and cancel on January 15th, you will NOT receive a refund for the remaining 15 days. However, you can continue using Pro/Enterprise features until January 31st.

How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, follow these steps:

Include: Your registered email, transaction ID(s), date, amount, reason, and supporting documents
Wait for our response: We will review your request within 3-5 business days

If your refund request is approved:
Note: We process refunds through Razorpay. Any delays in crediting your account are beyond our control and depend on your bank's processing time.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and auto-renewal will be disabled. No refund will be issued for the remaining days in the current cycle.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first:
