Terms and Conditions

ATS Based Resume provides an online platform for creating, customizing, and downloading professional resumes.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. Users between 13-18 years must have parental or guardian consent.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain the security of your password; accept responsibility for all activities under your account; and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan, provide valid payment information, and understand that subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. All sales are final (see Refund Policy).

You retain all rights to your resume content and are responsible for its accuracy and legality. You grant us a license to store and process your content. All templates and designs are our property. You may not copy or redistribute our templates. Trademarks and logos are protected.

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose, upload false or fraudulent information, attempt to hack or compromise the platform, share your account credentials, scrape data using automated tools, remove watermarks from free exports, or reverse engineer our templates.

Garima Shrivastwa and ATS Based Resume shall not be liable for job interview outcomes, resume content accuracy, ATS compatibility results, data loss, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior. You may cancel your subscription anytime through account settings. No refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
